Shipping Policy

  • Please note that our official working hours are from Sunday to Thursday only (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Home Delivery: Delivery time begins from the day of your order until the first delivery attempt by a courier, between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday.
  • You can inspect the product upon delivery. If you do not inspect the product, you can return it through the app. If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product, you must notify us or submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Policy

  • Products cannot be returned due to a change of mind if the factory seal has been broken.
  • Please ensure you provide a detailed reason for the return when initiating the return request, including the condition of the product's packaging.
  • If you receive a damaged product, the wrong color or size, missing accessories, or a damaged package, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can assist you.
  • When returning the product, please ensure all accessories are included and that the product is in its original packaging, along with any accompanying gifts.
  • If your return request is declined, the product will be shipped back to you. If you decide not to accept it, it will only be reshipped upon your request.
  • If you refuse to accept it a second time, the product will be sent to the company warehouse, and you will need to collect it from there yourself.

Refund Policy

  • The refund period begins after the product is accepted by the inspection committee, provided it matches the stated reason for return.
  • If a refund method is selected, it cannot be changed later.
  • For prepaid refunds, if the amount does not appear in the account from which the payment was made, please contact the payment provider first.
  • If a money transfer is declined due to incorrect transfer information (bank transfer - Egyptian Postal Transfer), we will contact you to obtain the correct information. If there is no response, an email will be sent to you requesting this information, and we will contact you three more times within 10 business days from the date of the first contact. If these attempts to reach you are unsuccessful, the money will be converted to a store voucher, and you will not be able to change the refund method.

Refund Timeframes

If you paid in cash, you can receive a refund via the following methods:

  • Bank transfer: 3-6 business days
  • Purchase voucher: 1 business day
  • E-wallet: 4-8 business days
  • Bank card: 7-14 business days
